Privacy-sensitive data or personal data is processed through our webshop. Laveen BV considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

Your account
You must first register for certain parts of our webshop. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a username. We use this to create an account, on which you can log in with that username and a password of your choice. For this we use your name and address, telephone number, billing address and e-mail address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until you cancel the account.

We keep this information so that you do not have to enter it again and again and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement. You can change information via your account whenever you want.

Handling an order

With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your name and address, telephone number and e-mail address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information for follow-up questions. We can also train our customer service to become even better.

We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and / or services. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. You can also pass this via your account.

Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This information is kept until you cancel the subscription.
